Many hotels here are seasonal, so confirm your booking is for a property actually open on your dates, especially in shoulder months. If you arrive in high summer, allow extra time for Varna city traffic when planning an onward connection. A private car is worth it for the luggage-heavy family trip, since the resort's internal roads and stairs make dragging cases from a distant bus stop awkward.
