Private transfer from Valencia Airport to Denia
Door-to-door transfer from Valencia Airport to Denia with professional driver, fixed price and flight monitoring included.

What Denia offers arriving travellers
Denia sits below the Montgó, the 753-metre mountain that shapes the whole town. The castle above the centre looks down over Baix la Mar, the old fishermen's quarter, and Calle Marqués de Campo, the palm-lined main street. Families head north to the long sandy beaches of Les Marines, while the rocky coves of Les Rotes, towards Cape San Antonio, draw snorkellers and walkers reaching the Cova Tallada. The Marina de Dénia is the departure point for Baleària ferries to Ibiza, Formentera and Palma, so many arrivals are catching a boat. Denia is a UNESCO City of Gastronomy known for its red prawn; Quique Dacosta's restaurant is here. Summer brings second-home residents and beach crowds; spring and autumn suit hikers on the Montgó trails.
The drive south along the AP-7 corridor
The route leaves Valencia Airport at Manises, joins the V-30 and V-31 ring roads to skirt the city, then runs south on the A-7/AP-7 motorway most of the way. It is fast, dual-carriageway driving through flat farmland and orchards past Cullera, Gandia and Oliva, with the Montgó growing on the skyline as you near the Marina Alta. You leave the motorway around Ondara or Ondara-Denia and follow the CV-725 for the final approach into town. Expect roughly 80 minutes for around 110 kilometres. The last stretch is straightforward, but the old-town streets near the castle and Baix la Mar are narrow and partly pedestrianised, so drivers may set you down at the nearest accessible point rather than the exact door.

Practical tips for this transfer
If your real destination is a ferry to the Balearics, tell us your Baleària sailing time when booking; the marina check-in closes well before departure, so allow buffer beyond the 80-minute drive, especially on summer weekends. Many stays here are villas or apartments in the Les Marines and Las Rotas urbanisations, which spread along the coast with confusing entrances and few street numbers — share a pin location or the urbanisation name to avoid delays. La Sella Golf, towards Jávea, and the Marriott resort sit inland from the CV-725 and are easy drop-offs. For the old town, name a landmark like the Marqués de Campo or the town hall. Traffic through Gandia and Oliva builds in July and August; an earlier pickup helps if you have a fixed boat or appointment.
