Private transfer from Valencia Airport to Cullera
Door-to-door transfer from Valencia Airport to Cullera with professional driver, fixed price and flight monitoring included.

What Cullera is known for
Cullera sits where the Júcar (Xúquer) river meets the sea, about an hour south of Valencia. Its long beaches — Playa del Racó, Playa de San Antonio, Playa del Faro and the quieter Playa del Dosel and Marenyet — fill with Valencian and Madrid families through July and August. Above the town the Castillo de Cullera and the Santuario de la Virgen del Castillo look down from the hill, with the lighthouse (Faro de Cullera) marking the cape. The old town huddles at the base of the mountain, while newer apartment blocks line the seafront. The Cova del Dragut, a former pirate cave, and the marina round out the visit. Sueca and the Albufera rice fields, the home of authentic paella, are just to the north.
The drive from the airport to the coast
Valencia Airport sits at Manises, west of the city, so the route first skirts the metropolitan area before heading south. Drivers usually take the ring roads onto the V-31 (Pista de Silla) and then the A-38 toward Sueca, dropping onto the CV-500 for the final stretch into Cullera. It is motorway and dual carriageway almost the whole way, running through flat farmland and the rice paddies near the Albufera — expect wide green fields rather than mountains until the very end. The journey normally takes around 50 minutes with light traffic. As you reach Cullera the road splits toward either the seafront and beaches or the old town under the castle, so it helps to know which side of town your accommodation is on.

Practical tips for this transfer
Cullera's seafront is a long strip several kilometres from the old town, so give your driver the exact street or apartment block rather than just "Cullera" — the beach at Racó and the port area are a good distance apart. In summer the seafront avenues get congested and some streets near the beach are one-way, so allow extra minutes for the last kilometre. If you're staying up near the castle or the Santuario, note the approach is steep and narrow. There's no direct airport train to Cullera; the Cercanías C-1 line runs to Cullera station but requires a metro connection first, making a door-to-door transfer far simpler with luggage. For paella, book ahead at the arrocerías in nearby Sueca, especially at weekends.
