There is no direct train and bus timings from the airport are awkward, which is why a door-to-door car is the simplest option. Winters in the valley bring snow and ice on the higher sections between Kiseljak and Busovača, so confirm your pickup with margin in cold months. If your actual destination is the FIS Vitez complex or a specific village like Kruščica, give the driver the exact address, since Vitez spreads along the valley and the retail zone sits apart from the old centre.
