Door-to-door transfer from Nice Côte d'Azur Airport to Antibes with professional driver, fixed price and flight monitoring included.
What Antibes offers on arrival
Antibes splits into distinct areas that matter when you tell your driver where to stop. The walled old town wraps around the Marché Provençal and the Picasso Museum in the Château Grimaldi, with narrow one-way lanes near Cours Masséna. Port Vauban, one of the largest marinas in the Mediterranean, draws yacht crews and superyacht visitors year-round. Juan-les-Pins, on the western side, is the summer nightlife and beach quarter, busiest in July for the Jazz à Juan festival. Cap d'Antibes is residential and green, home to the Sentier du Littoral coastal walk and quiet coves like Plage de la Garoupe. Families favour the sandy Juan-les-Pins beaches; walkers head for the Cap. Knowing which of these you want saves time on arrival.
The drive from Nice Airport to Antibes
The route runs west along the coast, mostly on the A8 motorway or the parallel N7/N98 corridor. From the airport terminals you join the A8 briefly, then exit at junction 44 (Antibes) and drop toward the town. The whole journey is around 22 kilometres and typically takes about 25 minutes off-peak. Terrain is flat to gently rolling, staying close to the coast rather than climbing inland. Traffic is the main variable: the A8 and the approach roads clog on summer weekends and during morning and evening rush, so allow extra time in July and August. If you're heading to Cap d'Antibes or Juan-les-Pins, the final stretch involves smaller, slower roads, and the old-town entry means tight streets where a car can't always reach the door.
Practical tips for this transfer
Give your driver the exact area, not just "Antibes": the old town, Port Vauban, Juan-les-Pins or Cap d'Antibes are handled differently. For old-town addresses inside the ramparts, expect to be dropped at a nearby gate or car park such as Parking du Pré des Pêcheurs, then walk in with your luggage, since vehicles can't enter most lanes. If you're joining a boat at Port Vauban, note the quay and pontoon number in advance, as the marina is large. During the Jazz à Juan festival and summer weekends, road closures and event traffic around Juan-les-Pins can slow the final approach. The airport has two terminals several minutes apart, so confirm your terminal for the return pickup. A booster or child seat should be requested when booking, not on the day.
