Private transfer from Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport to Torrox Costa
Door-to-door transfer from Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport to Torrox Costa with professional driver, fixed price and flight monitoring included.

What Torrox Costa is known for
Torrox Costa sits on the eastern Costa del Sol, between Torre del Mar and Nerja, and the area often claims one of the mildest year-round climates in Europe. The seafront runs along beaches like Ferrara, El Peñoncillo and El Morche, backed by a promenade lined with restaurants. Near the lighthouse (El Faro) you'll find genuine Roman remains — a villa, baths and salting factory — right beside the beach. It draws a large German and Northern European community, plus families and long-stay winter residents. Torrox town, the whitewashed inland pueblo about 4 km uphill, is separate from the coast and hosts the well-known Migas festival each December. Neighbouring Nerja, Frigiliana and Cómpeta are all within easy reach for day trips.
The drive east along the A-7
The route runs entirely east of Málaga, so you pass the airport, skirt the city and continue on the A-7/E-15 Autovía del Mediterráneo along the coast. After Rincón de la Victoria and Torre del Mar the road stays close to the sea, with the Axarquía hills rising inland on your left. It's dual carriageway almost the whole way, so the journey is straightforward and usually takes under an hour outside peak periods. You leave the motorway at one of the Torrox exits and drop down toward the seafront. If your accommodation is in Torrox town rather than Torrox Costa, expect a short but winding climb inland; the coastal apartments, by contrast, are a quick, flat run from the exit.

Practical tips for arriving in Torrox Costa
Torrox Costa is largely made up of apartment blocks and urbanisations, and similar building names repeat along the front — Laguna Beach, Costa del Oro, El Morche and others — so give your driver the exact block name, street and portal number, not just "Torrox Costa". The seafront promenade is partly pedestrianised, meaning the nearest vehicle drop-off may be a short walk from your door; pack accordingly if you have heavy luggage. Summer weekends bring heavy beach traffic through El Morche and around Nerja, so allow extra time in July and August. There's little public transport between the coast and Torrox town, so a private transfer is genuinely convenient if you're staying uphill. Supermarkets near the front are handy for a first-night stock-up on late arrivals.
