Private transfer from Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport to San Roque Club
Door-to-door transfer from Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport to San Roque Club with professional driver, fixed price and flight monitoring included.

What San Roque Club is known for
San Roque Club sits in the far west of the Costa del Sol, in Cádiz province, just inland from Sotogrande and a short drive from Gibraltar. It's primarily a golf destination: the Old Course and the New Course draw players from across Europe, and San Roque has hosted qualifying and professional events. Around the courses are villas and apartments used by both long-stay residents and golf groups, many of whom arrive in the cooler shoulder seasons of spring and autumn when the fairways play best. Beyond golf, guests use it as a base for the Sotogrande marina, the polo grounds at Santa María, and the beaches at Torreguadiaro and Alcaidesa. The town of San Roque itself, with its old quarter and Plaza de Armas, sits a few kilometres inland from the resort.
The drive down the coast to San Roque
The route runs almost entirely on motorway. From Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport you join the A-7/AP-7 heading southwest and follow the coast past Marbella, Estepona and Manilva. It's a fast, mostly straight run of roughly 110 kilometres, typically around an hour and twenty minutes with light traffic. The AP-7 toll section around Marbella and Estepona saves time in summer, when the free A-7 through the resort towns can crawl. As you approach San Roque you'll see Gibraltar's Rock rising ahead and the industrial skyline of the bay near La Línea. The final approach leaves the motorway at the San Roque and Sotogrande exits, then follows shorter local roads to the resort's entrances, which are signposted but spread across the golf estate.

Practical tips for this transfer
Tell your driver which part of the estate you need: San Roque Club spreads across several courses and residential zones, and the reception, villas and clubhouse are not all at the same gate. Having your accommodation's exact address or plot number avoids circling the resort. If you're travelling with golf bags, mention them when booking so the vehicle has boot space. In July and August, an early or midday departure beats the late-afternoon jams on the coastal stretch near Marbella. Many guests also cross into Gibraltar during their stay; if that's your plan, keep your passport handy and expect queues at the La Línea border, especially at weekends. For evening arrivals, the resort roads are quiet and poorly lit, so a driver who knows the entrances is a genuine help.
