Reckon on about 85 kilometres and a little over an hour in normal traffic. The final approach into Martina Franca winds uphill, and the historic centre itself is a restricted-traffic zone with tight one-way lanes, so the last few hundred metres to a hotel door can be slow.

Book a return pickup with buffer time in July and August, when festival nights and weekend markets clog the approach roads. If you plan day trips to Alberobello or the coast at Ostuni, arrange them as separate legs rather than assuming taxis will be waiting locally.
