Antwerp International Airport is small and handles mostly regional and business flights, so arrivals clear quickly and a pre-booked car is faster than waiting for onward public transport. If your final destination is inside Brussels' Low Emission Zone, which covers the whole capital region, note that a professional operator's vehicle will already be registered — worth confirming if you were considering driving yourself. For the EU Quarter, give the driver the specific institution or hotel, as Schuman roundabout access changes with security events. If you are catching an onward train, Bruxelles-Midi is the international hub for Eurostar and Thalys; allow extra buffer at rush hour.
